What a talented bunch we have!

Although only in Grade 11, Shia has already been accepted at Wits drama school, thanks to her A++ performance as Hester in a duologue from Athol Fugard's Hello and Goodbye. Obviously, she will have to get good results in her matric, but this talented dramatist looks likely to set the world on fire!

Another budding drama star is Sibongile, also in Grade 11 – but this is his only his second love. Sport comes first! Sibongile is one of the stars of his school's athletics team and also plays soccer for a local club, which came second in the league.

At 14 years old, Andrew is another sports enthusiast. Being really tall for his age, he excels at basketball, and also enjoys skateboarding. Andrew was extremely excited to have been accepted at the Johannesburg School for Art next year – we know he is going to become a really great artist one day!

Among the younger children we have budding cricketers, soccer stars and dancers, as well as two sisters who want to become a fashion designer and a nurse or teacher respectively.

Our family certainly has more than its fair share of talent!
